I was part of a global team of eight individuals who successfully restored functionality to the Xbox 360 Alpha Development Kits that ran on Apple PowerMac G5 units. This achievement required extensive research, including analyzing archived websites, reviewing engineering design documents, and creative problem-solving and collaboration.
Our efforts gained significant recognition within the video game preservation community, receiving coverage on gaming news websites and popular YouTube channels. Through this project, I also had the opportunity to build lasting professional relationships.
This project is a passion-driven effort to keep the legacy of Xbox 360 development alive and accessible to the gaming community.
